Tinman has abandoned the numbering system [the last issue, as far as I know, was #15] and is just releasing a Harvey comic here and there, with nuthin' but the title - a nihilistic, 'whatever' type development if you ask me.
Anyway, this issue contains just the one story. Harvey experiences a crisis of self, aesthetics-wise, realising he looks different to other people. Conveniently, just at this moment he walks past a cosmetic surgeon's shop.
Does he enter or does he continue walking? Well now, would there be a story if he kept walking?
