"Fire Starter"
Well to say that yesterday was interesting would be an understatement…In a nutshell I can say that my house caught fire. True story. And here is how it goes…So I had gotten home at 6am yesterday after doing a lame overnight at work. So I’m sleeping and the fracking fir alarm went off. And I know sometimes the alarm will go off when my mom fries something like bacon. The thing is that the alarms were going off upstairs I still thought it was something like that anyway. So I get up and wave infront of the alarm to get the smoke away and make it shut up >_< I was tired as faa. So I go back and lay down after I got it to shut up. Then it goes off again and I’m like wtf…So I get up after awhile and then I just open my sisters door just to see whats going on and in the corner is a fucking fire!! So I run downstairs yelling that my sisters room is on fire and we are like running around trying to find the fire extinguisher. Once found we had a hard time getting it to work. I finally got it to work and I held my breath to go back up stairs and try to put it out. First of all you can see shit cause of the smoke and it burns to breathe. So I get as close as I can (the fire and like waist high or soo well a bit bigger than that) and I had the puny little extinguisher and I did my best and I got it down to where I thought I had put it out but I guess whatever started it was still going alittle. But I couldn’t stay up there cause the smoke was too much. We called 911 and when they got there after 3234 years they put it out cause it had flared up again. But they say if I hadn’t like slowed it down it would have been a lot worse which is good news. The bad news of course is that my sisters room is completely fucked.. like the smoke did the most damage cause the fire didn’t really move from where it was but the heat from the smoke melted the TV in the room among other things. And the hallway and most of that part of the house has a lot of smoke damage. Oh and we aren’t sure how it started. My room thankfully and instruments are ok an my mom’s room is fine too along with downstairs. The only thing is that the water from upstars leaked from when they were putting the fire out. So basically all the carpet up and some downstairs, the whole of up stairs and ceiling…we just are getting like 75% of the house redone.
So yea that’s that. And that’s gonna take like up to 3 months they said hopefully less. The insurance company is taking care of everything but yea we are gonna have to stay in like a suite for the time being. In all honestly the whole thing doesn’t bother me so bad, I’m not sure why. I feel like something good will come of it, not just new stuff. But we will see. I’m glad that everyone is ok though and stuff whatever is messed up can be replaced. So right now we are looking for a nice hotel to stay at that is closer to work for me. That is all folks….Those who want a dramatized version give me a call o.o;
