Blackfolk Sure are touchy about their remakes...
blackfolk, myself included, are damn touchy about their musical remakes (i.e. see Etta vs Beyonce thread[s]). Im the type of guy that feels that Stevie Wonder/Prince songs should be eliminated from American Idol because no one can do the man justice. However once in a blue moon someone will come along and remake a song and might even out-do the original.

Alicia Keys did a pretty dang good version of Prince's "How come you dont you call me anymore?"
Intro did a pretty good version of Stevie Wonder's "Ribbon in the Sky"
D'Angelo did a pretty good version of the Ohio Player's "Heaven must be like this"
