life update.exe
im going home tomorrow (for 4 days)!!!! my dad's been up for a few days doing stuff in the city, and we are riding back home with him. we are surprising my little bro for his birthday he doesn't even know we are coming up. im childishly excited about it!
so , interesting things that happened this week.
my dad took calvin and i to a Russian restaurant... it was both awesome and terrifying at the same time. the food was really REALLY good, but the atmosphere was tacky enough to make your eyes bleed! gold ceilings with giant paintings on them, a little stage with disco lights everywhere and a shiny silver curtain (with some guy karaoke-ing russian songs) there was a cool koi tank -in- the floor, but with all the other stuff it just made it worse =X
the other exciting thing that happened was this:

so yeah... thats only two short blocks away ^^; i felt tremors and stuff. at first i thought it was an earthquake =X turns out the building collapsed more than once
