I am soo pissed
I am so pissed off at Ryan!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or I guess more appropriately disappointed at Ryan. We were doing editing today and he had already told us that he was free all day to help and to learn so that if we couldn't get it all done he could help up do it later. Well everything started off fine and then we had to transfer the footage from the camera to the computer which was going to take about a half hour so most everyon went back to their offices to get some work done during that time. Once the download was complete everyone came back except Ryan. I called his office and he said to go on without him he was going to be a while. I told him that we needed the CD for the soundtrack and he kinda huffed and said he would be there in a minute. Well about 20 minutes later he shows up in a hurry and hands me CD and starts to walk out and I said to him you need to stay and help out so you can learn to do this. He said I HAVE to finish the project I am working on, aren't you learning? The whole reason we were working on it today is because everyone was available and all of a sudden he has this pressing project to do!!!!!! It is not my responsibility to searn the editing. I am only helping out as a favor and now I am doing all this. I can not tell you how mad I am at Ryan right now. Earlier in the day I was talking to Ryan and I happened to mention that I need to stay away from my roommate since she is so unhappy with her job she tends to bring me down and make me think so things that I don't like. Ryan asked me what I was unhappy about. I said I wasn't really unhappy about anything and he said well you need to tell me because I can fix it. Like I was going to tell him I was unhappy with his slacking on the DL project.
On a happier note, we are filming the intro pieces tomorrow so we will be feeding the penguins, giraffes, sea lions and rhinos. Ryan told me to bring my own camera so I could get pictures. OF course I will. I was going to do that before he said anything. He can be awesome most of the time. He does try to think of me and help me out a lot. I really feel we are more of a team than supervisor and employee. In fact he asked me to sit in on the budget meeting we are having with the VP next week.
With all that went on today and the stress that will be going on I have decided to have a mee evening and pamper myself and take a long hot bath and color my hair.
