FRAAAAAANCE!!!! France was amazing! For over a week we explored the beautiful city of light, Paris, and I spoke French to everyone i came across with! And when we started on the trip i was only friends with about half the people on the trip, and now were all good buddies. The metro is an underground railway system that runs through all of paris, a smelly crowded scary-fast blessing from GOD because we rode it 20 times a day all over the place! It was so awesome, Orlando needs one. But... a more Americanized version, you know with a limit on how many people, cleaned every day, perfumed, elevator music, all the works. ~-^ The city was so beautiful, and i think we walked around 20 miles a day looking at everything. Typically the morning were guided touring, and the afternoon, until about 7pm, we were able to split up unto at least groups of three and do anything we wanted. so usually we'd go around shopping, hopping on the metro to get to certain spots we remembered, or on the first couple of days just walking around, stumbling upon some secretive spot of beauty of the city, or finding great shopping deals, lol. We shopped ALOT. The Eiffel Tower was sweet, we went all the way to the top and took pictures and all that jazz. Oh and no joke, im extremely popular in Europe, and almost every 10 minutes someone would hit on me. so more often than not i was holding on to sweet jacob like he was my boyfriend to keep them away, lol. The food was awesome, breakfast was supplied by the hotel, and our explorica (the people we bought the tour from) took us at 7 to go eat at specific restaurants for free, a different one each night, where they gave us 3 traditional French plates every night, appetizer, main dish, and dessert. Lunch we bought for ourselves while shopping around. We bought from street vendors the coolest stuff, like paninis, croque monsieurs, bread with pate, crepes, and other stuff i cant even remember. Just to let you know, McDonalds and Starbucks are worldwide, and Europe has a mass problem with ice. Starbucks is the only place that you can buy Frappucinnos, and every once in awhile even they'd run out of ice. Crazy stuff my friends. Im tired, so im going to go... um.... i dont know. im not suppose to sleep so i can sleep tonight... so im going to go not sleep. auvoir!
