Show tonight

The show tonight was amazing. So much dance for every band. Broken Free had the best response we have ever had tonight. Thanks to everyone that came out and showed us mad support and sang along every song. It meant so much to me, you don't even know.

Now, aside from the bands, the show itself was incredible. There were no conflicts between Johnstown kids and Pittsburgh kids. Johnstown kids were dancing without any trouble from Pittsburgh kids. I was very impressed by this. It proves who the real assholes in Pittsburgh are, because we know who didn't show up tonight.

I was not, however, impressed with the kid who wore the shirt with the swastikas on it. Whoever you are, your shirt was in bad taste and offended people on both sides of the spectrum. There is a certain level of common decency which is expected from everyone at a show and you completely disregarded any form of decency when you made that shirt. While I don't necessarily agree with the singer from Swear To God's actions, I understand why he was angry. If you had called me a nazi, swastika kid, I would have beat you to a bloody pulp. Luckily, Swear To God's singer was very down to earth and level-headed, respecting people's requests to not beat your face in because of the venue. I was so dissapointed by this shit tonight that I made Broken Free stop in the middle of a song to bring everyone who was going to see the "fight" back inside. I felt it was disrespectful of all sides to do all this during a show, and it was a double whammy because it was during my band.

While Swear to God's singer apologized to me and talked to me about the situation, you did not, Swastika kid. I thank you for ruining a potentially perfect show where both sides of a feuding scene were finally getting along. I thank you for ruining my band's set, you fucking douchebag. And lastly, I thank you for ruining an almost perfect night for me.
