[After the experiment Yuber is definitely feeling rather not pleased. No, it isn't because of what happened, more because he doesn't deal well with his violent tendencies being repressed ( Read more... )

[And the boy's out exploring today; not that there's much to explore, but hey, something could change at any time, right? Right! Maybe. At least that's what he's hoping.]

[It's not panning out into much, though, since the area near the village seems to be immune to change outside of the Malnosso actually forcing something on them. Still, it's a shot, and Sora's wandering through the trees. It's at least partially just to get out of the apartment; this winter has been way too cold for him, and he hasn't been able to be outside near as much as he likes.]

[Well, that is such a nice sight for Yuber to see. A pathetic human, and one he knows is capable of fighting. It's that annoying kid who got involved when he was trying to attack the Soul Eater's bearer. His blood should be very sweet indeed.

His swords appear quickly and he's running towards the boy to attack him with both of the swords.]

Huh?

[Sora's fast - but Yuber's insane. He hears the approach and looks up - barely in time to call up the Keyblade and parry one of the swords very badly, almost getting run through. He drops right into a fighting stance, though, getting both feet stably under him.]

YOU! Drop it and leave me alone!

Only when you are dead. [He recovers quickly from the keyblade's parry and moves slightly backwards to attack again with both swords.]

[You are:
1) A demon.
2) In the forest.
3) The one that hurt Moro.
4) Annoying.

Therefore San is for sure coming out of nowhere to try to kill you. You are stronger than she is, but she doesn't care. Never has. Threadjacking is totally okay!]

[Yuber may not see her right off, but considering that he's always ready to fight, especially now he definitely will notice signs that someone is trying to attack him.

He doesn't mind one bit. While his swords weren't out before he could tell she was there, they come out quickly and he will be attempting to parry whatever attack she is doing on him.]

[basically all San has going for her, after the initial surprise, is that she's fast and doesn't have to try and maneuver two swords. If she can get close enough, and stab him just right, it could work. ...If.]

[For all that it may seem hard to maneuver two swords, Yuber does it very well and can be rather fast too. Well, if he wasn't injured from his fight with Sora earlier. That is definitely going to slow him down a bit, unfortunately.

Still, not having Moro around is definitely a bonus this time. Having San there is definitely going to bring back his thirst for blood that vanished a bit with Sora and that will help him ignore that pain.

So San had better watch out, because those two swords will be trying to slash at her.]

[Emil is just out sort of wandering around as has become his habit lately without any particular destination in mind. In other words, he's pretty much a sitting duck.]

[Sitting ducks are good, very good. Still, Yuber remembers that this annoying kid has something within him that is not annoying.

Still, he's not wanting to get close enough to find out. So there will be a nice Searing Bolt coming his way, though it isn't impossible to dodge the bolts. It's at least weak enough that if the more interesting part was out, at least he isn't intending on killing quite yet.]

... huh?

[The crackle of electricity alerts Emil to the oncoming attack just in time for him to jump out of the way of the worst of it, though a bolt or two does hit him and causes him to cry out in pain before collapsing to the ground.]

[Since he's on the ground now, Yuber is going to teleport himself closer to the boy. Emil may hear a quickly squelched cry of pain as he appears, but otherwise there is a demon with two swords looking at him, especially at the eyes to see if they are red or not.]

[Raine had been out taking a walk sometime after classes had been finished for the day, but for the moment she's unaware of anyone else who may be in the vicinity.]

[Yuber definitely sees her, and while he has not met or fought with Raine before, she definitely looks like someone who can defend herself.

Of course, if he knew she lived with Albert, that would make things very different. But since Albert sadly left his demon in the dark yet again, Yuber is going to be attacking. Since he's having some trouble moving, he's going to use some magic first. Searing Bolt will be coming her way. While it isn't the most powerful spell he has, he still has a good number of uses of it left for now. It isn't impossible to dodge at least.]

[Since she wasn't aware of it coming, it only gives her a small amount of time to react, and put up a temporary defensive magic shield in an attempt to deflect the oncoming spell.] Force field!

[Well, that will indeed annoy Yuber quite a bit. Very annoying when someone has the nerve to cheat and deflect his attacks.

So that likely leaves magic out for at least some time, so while he's not in the best of shape to be doing so, he is going to try and run to her and her with his two swords.

However, he is not nearly as fast as his normal. While the chaos of a battle is definitely a rush to help him forget being injured, he is definitely still injured.]

[Time-wise, this takes place after Raine's encounter with Yuber and her calling him for help.

Can you feel the annoyance emanating from your summoner, Yuber?]

blackenedchaos March 5 2010, 02:01:20 UTC
[Yeah, he sure can feel that annoyance. Albert at least will be able to tell that Yuber's thirst for blood vanished after that encounter with Raine. He let himself go too long and the experiment made it much worse than it needed to be.]
