We left the apartment
This was the first weekend in some time that neither Dan nor myself had to work outside of the apartment. I should do a bit of reading tomorrow, but if it doesn't get done Monday will just be busier.
Dan and I hunted down a few RSVPs, but we have yet to hear on 7 invites, for a total of 14 guests. It is close enough to the count that we have a basic seating chart worked out. Gigi was a tremendous help with this one. We managed to get our favors partially constructed and i bought two baskets I will decorate for the flower girls. Things are coming along.
More importantly, Dan and I went with Gigi and Dana to watch roller derby. It was very easy to get into. I was a nice distraction. Plus, their half-time show was the most adorable young group of Irish dancers. So cheerful.
I could have done without the rain. Flooding everywhere and the Huntington line was down and all the track crossings to boot. So, detours. But we got out.
I don't think I am making it to yoga tomorrow. Sleep would probably serve better. Then grocery shopping.
