Scans, Vacation, Zoo
I had planned to scan the new PLAYER, BAYERN mag and those pics of Oliver Kahn for fangirl_lizzie from an older PLAYER mag today. And then Andy's comp (to which the scanner is hooked up) won't boot. Meh! And I'm not installing the scanner software on my laptop because it messes with my Adobe CS. Just great! *mutters* So it will take a while till I can post the scans. Sorry.
Have decided I'll visit the WILHELMA (Aquarium & Zoo) in Stuttgart this August. No one is visiting me this summer and I won't have enough money to go on holidays. Sitting at home for 2 months will drive me banana's so I'll do that little trip for some entertainment. Dad's not sure if he will come along yet but that's okay.
I also should go to our Zoo here again. I checked their website and they have a couple of new animals. One of them being a "Martes flavigula" a special marten, pretty rare. They had to built him a special enclosure.

What I love about the Zoo in my city is that most of the animals there have really friggin' huge enclosures because the areal of the Zoo is so vast. It's one of the biggest in Europe. Only things I don't approve of are how they keep the dolphin's but they are trying to raise 10,3 mio. Euro to built a lagoon.
I would obviously rather see the animals in their natural environment than in a Zoo but how likely is that ever going to happen. *sighs*
BTW, I still think leetje should have posted the pics she took in the Zoo while she was here. My Dad had some developed as photos and put them on his wall at work. They rock! *nods*
