(no subject)
Today was beauteous again.
I finally bought that Rusted Root cd!!!! It's an old cd, but I never got around to buying it. Yessss soooooooo happy

I saw my NYSSMA piece for the first time today (the one that the random band loungers chose for me). The funny part of that is that NYSSMA is tomorrow, and what's even funnier than THAT is that I'm a senior and I'm doing NYSSMA. Oh yes, I am cool.
I found out that I suck at trig- so much for that 98 on the math B regents, I can't do a bit of it now. I did remember how to change the calculator from degrees to radians. I really got excited when I was asked to help with trig homework, and then I was sad when I realized the truth that I don't remember all that much of it. Speaking of math... stat test tomorrow, I should definitely find out what chapter it's on...
I also was thoroughly amused at our chorus rehearsal today. I didn't go to public affairs, and that module was due on Thursday or something, I still haven't done it, and I'm very very very screwed for tomorrow, Moran will kill me. Anyway. The underclassmen were great, and as for 11- 12 chorus... HAHAHA. I feel bad I should stop being a moron in chorus hehe... it's kind of ironic that I'm a good student except for in my music classes, the only ones I care about. I think Arb was ready to smack me, I need to learn how to shut my mouth. But we know how to have fun, and that's all that counts. I forsee a multitude of bloody knuckles on this upcoming trip; numbers is THE SHIT. Allie, Jackie, Laura, Stoecker and I are definitely going to have to have some crazy numbers competitions. And Elephant Master, and Pond Scum, ohhhh Virginia is going to ROCK.
And now for the sad news.
A surgery is scheduled for my jaw the Wednesday morning of the week we have off. I have a little over two weeks before I'm on vikadin or codeine and all that other good stuff. I expect visitors, surgery and having to stay sitting or laying down sucks. Hopefully I can still fill in for Nassau Suffolk, I was kind of looking forward to that and seeing everyone again, maybe even some Hawaii kids.
Today was good in general even though all of that bad stuff was there. Hopefully tomorrow will bring better news. Jenny Pappas is my favorite girl in the ENTIRE WORLD. <3
