Europe europe europe europe europe...
European internet hates me. With a passion. There is often no computer (as in Salzburg). Even when there is a computer for me to use, it breaks (as happened in Vienna). And when there is FREE wireless, it refuses to connect to my computer (as in Aachen). Aiiiiiiiii.
So. Quick update, since the computer I am currently on (behind the check-in desk of the hotel... this is one hell of a surreal trip, swear to god) refuses to send email and I REALLY need to communicate with someone... trip is going fabulously. Met up with Dad in Geneva, which is a lovely city. Made even lovelier by Michael appearing Sunday night, even if only for a few hours. Drove to Salzburg, which was a long trip, but definitely worth it. Driving in Switzerland = DROOL. Spent two nights in Salzburg, which was adorable, and then made the 3 hour drive to Vienna. Vienna was a CITY, in the way that NYC is a CITY, but it was also fabulous. Indulged my art dork. Stayed there for two nights, and drove a grand total of 10.5 hours today (in one sitting. GAH) to Aachen, Germany, about 1.5 hours from Brussels.

We drove ACROSS EUROPE today.
Anyway, Aachen is small and cute, and we will be leaving tomorrow morning for Amsterdam in celebration of
MY BIRTHDAY.
21, for those of you not keeping track.
If you'd like to (for god knows what reason) get me something, 1) my LJ account expires in several days, and 2) I adore downloading (legal) music from iTunes. 1 song, a handful, a whole bunch... doesn't matter. If you were so inclined.
Don't yet know what we're doing in Amsterdam for the big 2-1, but it's sure to be... interesting. Hehe.
So there's the update in 5 minutes. Will post pictures when I return to the States (and real internet!!!!) on Wednesday. In the meantime, don't get in too much trouble, and I'll do my best not to, either.
