The funniest thing just happened
Those of you who read
electrokin 's livejournal may already know:
Tom and I are going to get married.
Needless to say I am deeply, deeply happy. And lucky. And thrilled.
One of the things brought to light was the realisation that there's never going to be a moment when I wake up and say
"Aha! Now I am a grown up and can manage grownup things!" but, rather, that this whole life seems to a process of muddling through with good intentions and good friends, - and now my best friend and I have agreed to muddle through together.
It's .. well. It's wonderful.
