(no subject)
I haven't updated in like forever and so many things have happened! I can't complain though, things have been good for me.
I saw White Noise like 2 weeks ago. It wasn't what I was expecting, but I thought it was good. I thought it was gonna be scary but it's more of a mystery/suspense movie. I haven't watched a really scary movie in a long time.
Anyway, I took my buddy to her first concert last Monday. My highlight of the show was The Secret Handshake's performance. I saw Luis play back in April, bought his EP, loved it and wanted to see him perform again, so I decided to take Karen that night. It was awesome! She loved it too.
I was supposed to meet with James on Friday, but it didn't happen. I was disappointed but it's ok, we'll meet some other time. Instead I got to see my awesome cousin Ismael who came back from Chicago about a week ago. I just love him! We call each other bro. lol He was gonna call me sis but it doesn't sound cool.
Oh! Yesterday was kind of sad. Karen went back to Guatemala and I wont get to see her in a long time. I'm gonna miss her. She's such an awesome buddy! After saying goodbye to her I had to go to my cousin's Quincianera party. I don't really like those parties, but I had to go because it was more of a compromise. So yeah, I got to see a bunch of family members I hadn't seen in a long time and some that I hadn't even met. It turned out ok in the end. After the party my Dad, my sister and I went to buy a dozen doughnuts... yeah I'm gonna get so fat for eating calories during midnight hours... oh well. The guy at the doughnut shop was so cute! We were making him laugh because my dad was talking like those mex gangsters from American Me and my sister and I were having a hard time picking the doughnuts. lol It was so funny.
So today I went to work, got a headache, came home and slept for like 40 minutes. It was a boring day and I'm kind of sleepy. I'm gonna hit the sack now.
