I am very nervous about the finale. And my biggest question mark is how will Bobby figure in here in his desire for revenge against Dick Roman. He obviously is not thinking anymore, he is acting as a vengeful spirit - boy that happened fast didn't it. Lore says it can takes years to become vengeful, I think Bobby hit a speed record to becoming just that. I fear that his desire will interfere with Dean and Sam's plan. It is going to be messy. But I loved your description that Dean and Sam had to tiptoe around Bobby in what they talked about, hoping to not upset him and also that they can't really have a personal conversation anymore because Bobby could be listening in. Kind of makes it awkward in the brotherly relationship thinking that someone is always there and listening. Their relationship can't grow or change at all with Bobby always there. Instead of helping out the boys, Bobby has become nothing but a hindrance to them, and something that will prohibit Dean and Sam from ever moving on and growing as individuals and as brothers,
( ... )
I am not sure how they can resolve Bobby's storyline happily unless getting his vengence (if he does) allows him to let go of the rage enough to refocus and either let go and move on, or at least dial back on the vengeful poltergeist stuff. Hmm.
I loved the Fourth Wall hint that we could very well see the Alpha Vamp next season.... love him as a character and potential complicated adversary.
