Well on saturday i worked on my eagle scout project at the high school. All was going well. There was people there to help and work was being done. Moving the 3500 lb log was going smooth when BAM the steering power steering box housing on kenny (the ford 2000)cracked and broke. sh%$ F%$# D@m. so we limped it back to the shop and went back to work and got a lot done. my parents took the crew out for pizza and me and dan and my dad went back to to more bucket work with the John Deere. went home went to bed. today took the steering column apart and we will see if the part can be welded. Its cast iron so it may be difficult other wise its a $163 fix. thats crap cause a new exaust manifold for it is only $36. Proabley cause they can make exaust parts in mexico but not steering gear.
