(no subject)
*rises from the mists of lurkdom*
So, I haven't been around lately. Various reasons, the usual. Life, stress, antisocial behavior, etc, etc.
But man, has fandom gone crazy. I'm up to date on it all, fanlib and deletions and the like. (I'm behind on email though, very very behind, but don't worry--people shall be hearing from me soon!)
Just....all this fandom exploding has made me want to jump right back in and contribute once again.
I have a lot of art to post, which I'm going to do right now.
So, four original pieces, one Harry Potter fanart and one Gundam Wing fanart behind the cut.
First, Remus!
Done with acrylics! *cheers* I finally figured out how to use it! I am proud! *grins*
Next, a Duo piece for the lovely trasgapoca, it's kinda old, but still good! Done with watercolour and pencil. :)
The scan came out kinda funky though. :/
Now...onto the original art.
Done back in early march, when autumn was just arriving. The scan....is horrible. It looks better in real life. Done with markers, watercolour and pen.
This one is OLD, I've been working on it since...august last year. I finished it a few months ago. :D Original character of mine, called Erik. Done with pen.
This one is kind of old too, done for a friends contest on DA. I used watercolour, ink and photoshop to finish her.
Last pic, and one I'm most proud of--this was the breakthrough piece with using acrylics. I really sat down and figured out how to get the effects I wanted. I really love how her face came out. :)
I've got a lot more art to share hidden away in sketchbooks, I've just got to search through them all....
