He wasn't a big fish at Atletico at all, that's why he left I think -- wasn't playing there. But maybe people at least got along, which would be nice.

Yeah, but he's saying the reason he's moving is to get more playing time, which he might not get if he goes back. And in the article, it says he's trying to "patch things up" with his old manager ... But yeah, maybe he feels left out at Inter.

There's not really anything in there about Roma being interested in him, though, or any contact between the clubs or his agent and the club ... There's a lot of transfer rumor articles like, where it turns out just to be someone going "Oh yeah, that'd be cool!" but no actual contact.
