Inspired by the winnage of the brilliant
curry_chicken over at a certain Milan community (where neither
pints nor I ever go), I thought I'd try to post some news/links here from time to time. Objections/suggestions, let me know.
•Inter want Maniche to be their winter midfield miracle. (And, since he's in a fight with his club, it's not totally beyond the realm of possibility. Plus, he's Portuguese, which is always nice.)
•La Gazzetta's Team of 2007 has six -- Count 'em, six! -- Inter players in its first 11 (which is coached by Mancio): Maicon, Cordoba, Zanetti, Cambiasso, Figo and Zlatan. Plus, Samuel and Stankovic (?!) are in the second team.
•Inter are averaging over 2.5 points/match so far this season, which is the best of any team in Serie A for over 75 year. Hells yeah. (I can't find a link, but I swear it's true.)
•Chelsea want Maicon, but they can't have him.
