Sad, but true

OK, to make a long story short. Well we were in Vegas, one of our fine recruiters changed a deal on me. The unfortunate part is he didn't tell me, so now I have some gangster who is not happy with accounting. To our defense we did try to make it right. I set him up for direct deposit (something we don't normally do for 1099 consultants), and pushed his payments across. I told him 20 time to send me a voided check so I could verify the information as correct.
The guy assured me it was. I told him if it wasn't I wasn't going to be able to do another one fore him, and the payment would be rejected by the bank. Now take into account this is a highly professional person who makes well over 100/hr.... NO JOKE, this is what he e-mailed me

"Subject: Re: No Funds in my account yet
