Day 5
I think I've mentioned this before sometime, but on Wednesday nights I go to my spin cycle class, and that makes me happy. I love that class, I love the teacher, and I love the workout. It's the only time of the week I don't actually MIND dragging my butt off the couch and go to the gym. It's hard work and I'm always sweating like crazy, but afterwards I always have a VERY good feeling about it.
