My thoughts on SPN 3.12 Jus In Bello
First of all, thank god that pussycat dolls ad is gone!
So the boys are hunting Bela to find the colt. I love when the phone rang, Dean's picking it up with a face and between two fingers, like he really didn't want to pick up that phone, hehe.
Did anyone else get all tingly when he said "oh, I'll find you sweetheart"? Not because I ship Dean/Bela or anything, but damn, Dean could say that to me anytime in such a tone and come find me! GUH! *thud*
Sam and Dean thrown on the ground like that when the cops came busting in? Dirty thoughts! I also LOVED that shot of them looking up to Agt. Henriksen, saying "Hi guys. It's been a while."
"Hannibal Lecter and his half-wit little brother." Haha, oh I love Henriksen.
The boys in shackles. Oh dear lord! Kill me now..HOT!! Loved them struggling with them in the prison cell. You know boys, Dean could've just sat down and Sam sitting down on his left...there wouldn't have been all the hassle. Oh, not that I'm complaining! Touchage between these two, in any form, owns me.

When Henriksen said "Take a good look at Sam. You two will never see each other again", the worried look on the boys' faces were priceless. Nooooooooo! Don't you dare split them up!

I knew it. From the moment the guy walked in, I KNEW he was possessed.
And he shot Dean. Again. What is it with Dean getting shot?
I loved how Sam just knew how to exorcise him, without books and all. He must have been learning some latin by heart when we weren't looking.

Hee, when Sam said to Nancy that they're not the bad guys, Dean's face was adorable.
The way Sam went for the girl's rosary beads was kinda surprising. I hadn't expected him to grab her like that, more like talk her into it or something. Of course we didn't know what he was trying to do at that moment, so I was like "Sam, what the hell are you doing?"
"It's kind of wild, right? I mean, it's like they're coming right for us. They've never done that before. It's like we got a contract on us. You think it's because we're so awesome? I think it's 'cause we're so awesome".
*shakes head* Oh Dean, always trying to cover up your fear or doubts by making jokes! Though I love it when Sam's so not laughing and looks at Dean with this look!
Exorcising Henriksen in the toilet. I did NOT see that one coming!
When Henriksen said "I shot the sheriff"...there probably wasn't a viewer on the whole planet who didn't see Dean's answer coming, haha! And Sam's look! ♥ He was probably thinking "and then I'm the half-wit one?"

OH MY GOD the tattoos!! So they didn't just get them for this episodes, they've probably had them for a while now. When? How? After the last time Sam got possessed? OMG!
I loved the bonding scene between Dean and Henriksen. For a minute there I thought Henriksen was going to ask Dean to come along on their next hunt if they made it out ok. Also, how he said Dean had no one to come home to but Sam...*sigh*
Everyone who thought that Lilith was the girl who pinned them to the wall when Ruby said the new leader was a girl, raise your hand. Got me fooled for a minute there too!
I'm not sure I believe that Ruby was really willing to die. She just knew there wouldn't be any virgin killing, even though Sam was considering it. Which may have been her whole point. So she may have just said she knew a spell to get them to "trust" her. I don't know *shrugs* I still don't know what the deal is with her.
Hee hee, Dean couldn't believe there was actually someone out there who didn't have sex before.
I bet he was thinking about being her first, knowing Dean. *g* And after she said : "when this is over, I'm going to have so much sex", we were all expecting it to be with Dean. I'm actually curious about that, can you believe it? I think Dean, even though he's this enormous womanizer, would be gentle with her and all...would love to have seen that side of him. (not to mention he'd be naked..uh yeah, where was I? *cough*)
What is WITH the children being the most evil demons? I didn't see that one coming either. The anointed one, Buffy, anyone? Interesting (and creepy) that she's got grey eyes instead of black or yellow ones. I can't believe she blew up the whole place and Henriksen and Nancy were killed. Nooooooo, I liked them. :(
And why are they always having number 12 as motel room number? (same as in the Christmas episode). Does it have some special meaning or is it just a coincidence?
Liked this episode, although I don't really see why the HAD to change the order with the one last week. This was as much a "cliffhanger" as last week's episode was. Sure, it was more action-packed and such, but if they hadn't changed the order it would've been fine by me!
Jared said at Fangoria that if the strike ended there would be more episodes which would focus on the mythology, which is of course to be expected, seeing as the season got cut short. Even though I prefer the stand-alone, urban-legend-of-the-week episodes over the mythology ones. Always have been this way. With the X-Files the same thing, I always enjoyed watching the stand-alone episodes more than the mythology ones. A mythology which, in my opinion, got way to complicated near the end and not easy to follow. Anyway, so I'm a little sad that we'll not get more stand-alone episodes...maybe there's a bit too much focus on the mythology in SPN right now to my liking. But hey, still love my show to death. I can't wait for April 24th. Boy, those are going to be two looooooooong months.
And then there's season 4 to look forward to! Kripke has a good feeling about it, and so have I. They should be crazy to let SPN go! ;)
