laundry
When I was still in high school, my household chore was the family's laundry (altogether we were 8, sometimes 9 or 10 if one or both of Jimm's kids were staying with us). OCD as I am, I was quite good at it. I am so meticulous about the way I do the wash that I still don't actually allow anyone else to touch my laundry. I used to separate it into four different coloured loads: dark, light, white, and red.
These days, with Jeff, I do two loads: black, and everything else.
