I am stoned for the first time in awhile. Is this entry disjointed?

This conversation happened at Mal's birthday dinner at The Perch, an excellent new cafe with a very vegan-friendly menu. Kaylie works there so it's nice to see her mad chef skillz influence the menu some, plus it meant we could stay there drinking beer until almost ten even though they close at nine. Kaylie also made a many-layered rainbow cake with peanut butter icing because she is a pretty awesome girlfriend, apparently. Also, Amanda is back! I missed her while she was adventuring, and I miss Laryssa too.
I went to Spanish Banks today with Tams, Val, and Sean (and Zoey the dog) because it is the most hot ever and that is the only beach where dogs can be off-leash. There were SO. MANY. PUPPIES playing in the water and it just filled me with joy. I think if everyone could watch dogs playing with each other for half an hour every day, there'd be a lot less rage in the world. Anyway, the beach there is super shallow so we didn't really swim, but we walked out like half a kilometre or something in order to get up to our waists. On the walk out a tiny crab pincered my right big toe, and on the way back a barnacle lacerated the arch of my left foot! Not a good day for my feet :(
I am waiting for Almost Famous to be done downloading so I can watch it, because for some reason I do not own this delightful movie.
