already drowning in work on my first day back.
I am home from Mexico.
highlights:
-drinking every day
-not being at work
-delicious food
-took some decent photos
-warm weather
-swimming in the ocean and not freezing my limbs off
-read lots of good books
-SWIM. UP. BAR.
lowlights:
-not knowing if a person is hitting on you or trying to sell you a timeshare (though I guess it doesn't really matter, the answer was still no)
-patchy awkward sunburn on my chest and neck
-stayed in an unfinished house at the end of a dirt road in an only partially developed suburb
-stray dogs made me sad :(
-stepped on a bee in Bucerias, haven't been stung since I was like 11 and I forgot how much that shit HURTS
-food poisoning on my last night there. I have never known pain like this before, dear lord.
