email subject from SFU: Course Requisite Failed. Action Required.

Dec 24, 2008 00:11

"Dear Jennifer:

Our Records show that you have registered in EASC 201 for 2009 Spring and that during 2008 Fall you were taking EASC 210 and achieved a grade of C. This grade may make you ineligible to take EASC 201. Be sure to check the pre-requisites for EASC 201 and drop this course if you do not qualify. You may be dropped by the Department offering the course if you do not meet the pre requisite.

If a subsequent audit shows that you do not meet the pre-requisites you may be dropped without further notice from the class with no refund of tuition. A course drop penalty fee may also be applied. As per SFU policy it is the student's responsibility to ensure that all course prerequisites, program approval, and graduation requirements have been met.

Please direct all inquiries to your department registration staff.

Thank you for your immediate attention."

What the fuck. I emailed the prof of the 201 class explaining the situation, but the course detail doesn't specify a grade requirement so I don't know what's going on. If he emails back saying I can't take it, I don't know what I'm going to do. There is nothing else I need that I CAN take at the moment that fits in my schedule. I need a third course in order to keep my loan. I can't take 210 over again because it's not offered this semester.
WHY DO I HAVE TO BE SO BAD AT WRITING TESTS I GET THE CONCEPTS JUST FINE :'(

school, :'(
