..woah. i just left my room to go to the bathroom and we have a skylight above the stairs and holy shit the moon is so bright, it's unbelievable. it's bright in the way that it makes your jaw drop and your eyes water in astonishment. it's so bright that it's creepy and makes you feel invaded, raped. it's like someone is watching you, watching your every move under a microscope, watching your steps and waiting to attack you, as soon as you turn your back from the intense glow. it's a cold brightness, not that of the warm, orange harvest moon. the moon is yelling a deafening, glass-cutting white through the darkness of the night, through my window.
