That was quite strange...
So tonight at about lets say 11 my power goes out as Rob, Ian, and I were watching Battle Royal. After some yelling upstairs to my mom I find out that our whole block is out and I start lighting candles like its going out of style.
So we decided to go over ians house to see if his power is out and he needed to buy smokes, we are driving down masonic to go to 7-11 and All we see are a couple of cop cars and a fire truck at the corner of masonic and harper. We try to pull into 7-11 but we find at the last minute the entrance is blocked off, thats when I look at the power lines right above us and I see that the pole right on the corner is on fire! So we back out on to the street and we decided to get smokes somewhere else.
Anyways after all that we head back to Ians and watch Wet Hot American Summer, After thats over I ask Ian to drive me home because surprisingly I was feeling tired. So I get home and decided I might as well go to sleep. After Laying here thinking about things I shouldnt be thinking of anymore, I decide I might as well go outside and enjoy the night because I couldnt sleep and I needed to clear my head. As soon as I get up and light a candle so I can see in the pitch black my power comes back on.
Thats so messed up, like I needed to sit here and think all alone by myself before the power would come back on.
Well I think I may just go outside and see how nice it is anyway.
