My Birthday and Turning 40
On Wednesday, I turned 40. It was a great day. I didn't really get any presents, but my husband and I played Gears of War for many hours, ate Chinese food, and I took enough drugs to almost forget this persistant cold and stomach flu. I realize that half of my life (optimistically that is) but there is still so much ahead. Maybe something very very wonderful...but that's a secret for now. And if not, many years living and experiencing life with my other half, my soulmate (although I hate that that has become so cliche). I'm trying to talk him into getting a new IPod Video for himself and giving me Illyria (his IPod) to bring to school. That way I can have all my music with me at school and don't have to worry about Illyria getting scratched 'cause she already is.
On another note, I'm getting really worried about Zyro. I haven't gotten an answer to many emails and pm's at my heroes site and I don't know where he's living so I can't call anywhere to find out how he's doing. I'm also worried about my Starlet. If either of you read this, please respond and let me know you're okay.
And, yes, I know this may seem like self-promotion, but if you're watching Heroes (and if you're not, why the hell not), come and join my forum. www.heroesforum.net
