OW. HOLY FUCK THAT HURT.

So- today started out wonderful. It was snowing lightly and kind of off and on. There was about a foot of fresh powder and the runs were perfect for carving. Then about ten minutes ago, halfway up the ski lift, it starts snowing heavilly and the wind picks up. As it's a long lift, the wind starts piercing through my gloves and whipping snow across my face. VISIBILITY TURNED TO SHIT and with goggles, it's cut in HALF. Then with an extra three inches of fresh snow, it's kind of hard to see snow banks. SCARIEST RUN EVER. I managed to stay low and speed through it, but DEAR LORD.

My hands, feet and face are completely NUMB. I can't wait for my tea to finish brewing. Then I'm getting a face mask and going back out there.

HOWEVER. My Snow Panda is being buried!! ;0; Noooooeeeesss!
BUT- This means more powder to make my giant one tonight! .... I'll just like... dig the smaller one up.
I'm off to buy a face mask and board in the heavy snow.
