Went to jury duty today. I did nothing but freeze and read far too much of A Long Way Down by Nick Hornby (over 200 pages in one day in an uncomfortable chair is too much; also, Jess must die) and wish desperately that I could be reading footballer slash. Tomorrow I am bringing a sweatshirt and another book and some Stevie/Xabi fic that I will print out if I can find some that looks decent and that I haven't already read. I also have to report an hour earlier tomorrow than I did today which means that the headache I have from lack of sleep will only get worse by this time tomorrow night, which, incidentally, is when I will be at work and hating the justice system.
I have been woefully negligent in reading my flist lately because apparently everyone else has a life unlike myself. I was recently presented with something that is typically associated with a life and I am praying that it will go away completely because that is the type of person that I am. I'm also being a real bitch with this situation but that's not important at the moment.

ETA: outforhire is far too awesome because Stevie/Xabi plus footballers as assassins cannot be topped.
