[public] grad day
1. Attending last night's rehearsal for graduation has filled me with even less of a desire to actually go tonight. There weren't even 200 students there and I knew just more than a handful. Two years at the school and you'd think I'd know more people. The problem is that I spent my time on the other campus and a lot of the people from that one have no desire to trek down to the inner city main campus.
2. I'm sure that many of you are familiar with the photo meme thing that people do. You name a bunch of items and they take pictures of them and post them in their journal. You all get to name three things, only the catch is that they have to be things that I can hold up to the camera built into our desktop computer. We have a digital camera but I decided that it would be more fun if I do it this way.
3. Poll! I put that up eons ago and I'm curious about what the newer people on my flist will pick. I would be in the minority and pick the first option. Everything goes into my journal.
4. X-Men: The Last Stand comes out on Friday!
5. I have not watched last night's House yet. It's on my to-do list.
6. For the record, my to-do list does not include any great preparations for tonight. I don't really care about spending endless time working on my hair or whatever. I'm wearing the same dress and shoes that I wore to my high school graduation, I have no intention of fixing the clear nail polish I'm wearing that is only there to prevent nail biting anyway, and I won't even think about getting changed until about twenty minutes before I have to leave. I. DON'T. CARE.
7. I bribed myself. I declared that I wouldn't watch the Grey's Anatomy season 2 finale again until I've watched at least 3 episodes of the TV show on DVD sets that I've been meaning to finish. See? I can be motivated sometimes.
8. I didn't work yesterday because of rehearsal and now I'm going to have a hard time dragging myself out of the house on Thursday, even if that is my main joy for the summer.
