In Other News...
Caveat omitted... my apologies the the young guy at the pet shop today who had to go through the effort of dealing with me and getting the feeder fish and crud-load of crickets all bagged up just to have me not be able to pay for them because my debit card wouldn't go through. And my thanks to the female there who then allowed me to 'skate' giving her just 70 cents worth of scrounged change for the second smaller batch of $2.14 worth of crickets. Gammera the Alligator Snapping turtle and the three amphibians apologize and give thanks, respectively, also. The fish, today, were to be a treat. The crickets are a necessity. I still can't bring myself to catch cockroaches and feed them to the toads, native or not.
