And holy crap, is it ever short. Even the tragically short-falling Street Magic got to 67,000 and change in the first draft. HOWEVER! I do have much adding to do. Hopefully, it will be 17,000 words of adding.
But damn. I finished the manuscript, and a day early! Those of you who know my track record from last year of starting things that never got off the ground will understand my immense relief to have this manuscript roughly finished, even in short form.
