i got a job at last! i start next saturday at - wait for it - Argos! lol go me, i get a natty little shirt *fingers crossed for the blue blouse i asked for and not some long sleeved red monstrosity, tho knowing my luck...* the people there seem ok and the pay is great compared to what i was on b4 plus i finish at 5.45 so i can actually get a bus home at a decent time and dont have to fend off weirdos in the bus station. woot!
im pissed off with my dog and my eye. the dog woke me up at stupid o'clock last night (or this morning i shud say) because it couldnt scratch quietly and im pissed off with my eye coz its all red and sore. gah! oh and im pissed off with the clothing form the Argos Additions and Empire catalogues. i ordered about £120 worth of stuff and only 1 pair of jeans is any good. actually that could be a blessing in disguise since i couldnt actually afford the £120 so i guess its saving me from myself. tho the beautiful suede knee high boots didnt fit...and i wanted them soooo much *sob* my mums sympathy: "try putting on some more weight, you'll never get boots to fit otherwise, youre too scrawny". HELPFUL! bah.
dont think i mentioned it b4 but i had a cool weekend coz i saw claire and sarah and laz and hannah and steph. eee! they all seem to be having an amazing time which is goooood. i need to write my personal statement. and i need to actually discuss the course i want to do with my parents. and i need to get a medical for it too. im worried my eyesight is going to let me down. and my maths (obviously not for the medical but in general on the course). in fact i think im too crap to do the course i want to do so im now faced with a dilema - try for my 1st choice course or cut losses and go for my 2nd choice course. tough one.
RECOMMENDATION FOR THE DAY: b4 telling ur friend u can go to Thorpe Park for her birthday, make sure u can actually get there. and back. oh crap. and it was 'Fright Night'. damn.
