this morning i got to class a bit early and there was a class still ending in the room for my class. the professor for my class was also standing outside of the room and he was looking at the rain outside, which was getting harder. he laughed and turned to me, saying that he usually uses the umbrellas that he finds lying around in classrooms when he walks from his office to his classes on rainy days. then he said that they often don't keep him dry at all, which was probably why they were left in the first place. he said once he was so soaked that he went in his office, closed the door, and put a sign up on it that read "Please knock before entering." then he said he sat in his chair in his underwear waiting for his pants to dry.
