I came so close to getting an apartment this morning. I checked out this place on central and 50 with my parents. It was pretty decent and its location was awesome. So my mom wrote the landlord a deposit. But then when I was walking out this old long haired crazy looking man stops me and starts giving me shit. He's like "Im on the board, and you look like you'll be a trouble maker." (You have to be approved by the board to get in.) You go to school boy? And im like, "Why yes sir I currently attend the st. petersburg college." And hes like, "Yeah its been awhile since we had any spc students around here, cuz we've kicked 'em all out." So I told my mom to get the check back, I dont need to deal with that kind of bullshit and disrespect. And my parents were like, "Yeah fuck that place." So now they're helping me look for a place downtown.
