[There's a little girl with a pink umbrella, taking her puppy for his daily walk. On her route, she comes across Ragna. She holds out her umbrella for him.]

Mister, you'll catch a cold out here without an umbrella!

[He turns to the source of the voice, and just kind of stares with his one opened eye. Why the hell would she offer him an umbrella?]

I'll be fine without one.

[She pushes the umbrella towards you. Doesn't bother her she has a raincoat with a hood on.]

But... you'll catch a cold if you don't stay dry.

[And the rain wasn't bothering Ragna until she came along and tried to force an umbrella on him. ):]

[Pulling the Umbrella back, she looks up to Ragna.]

No. [And just to prove a point, he manages to open his right eye. It's quite the task to do, and he still can't see out of it, but it's to prove a point. A point that is wrong, but he's doing it anyway.] I'm perfectly fine, alright?

[Why is he being interrogated by a little girl. Why does this happen so often to him.

Oh! I didn't mean to make you angry mister! I was just worried because it's really cold and wet, and it's not good to be out in the rain.

[Dammit. He overreacted again. And it seems like this little girl isn't secretly a troll, unlike the others.]

I hope you do! I wouldn't want you to get sick mister, it wouldn't be very nice. So don't be outside in the rain for too long, okay!

[He starts to walk in the direction he turned to while waving his left hand dismissively.] I'll try my best.

[It's a shame that Ragna only runs into people he doesn't know who are nice to him when he's injured or in danger of getting injured/sick.]
