[What luck you have, Ragna. Near the entrance to the forest, you're probably going to stumble across a Noel in a new outfit (thanks to Nami, she's out of the NOL crap) and she's currently... playing in the snow. By herself. Throwing snow in the air is amusing to her. :| Yes, she thinks she's alone. Yes, she's giggling like an idiot because throwing snow is awesome.
