Alrighty. Bass is supposed to be from some AU cartoon universe. Built by Wily, supposedly because Protoman failed to destroy Megaman so many times. He's pretty much based on the one in brenda_chan's fic, End Program. (I did get permission from Brenda to use his backstory.) Bass measures his life based on how strong he is, and his purpose is to kill Megaman(s) and anyone in the way.

Oh, on a weird note, he doesn't have genitals. >_> No kinky robot sex for Bass. And love is stupid to him. WHO EVER WILL MELT HIS COLD, METAL HEART?
