last night was awesome. Pennywise, H20, and Death By Stereo played down the street (approx 7 minutes) from my house. I wouldn't have gone if it wasn't so close, but i had nothing to do and so i went for it, and it ruled. It was like a direct portal back to 6th and 7th grade. When i was in the crowd, i wasn't an 18 year old freshman in college (as lame as that might sound), i was a 13 year old "skater/punk dude" from Johnson Middle School. it was fun singing along to songs i used to listen to while skating outside on my driveway as i was getting my ass pummeled by the immensely large, and insane crowd (the venue, which used to be an old movie theater, packed about a House of Blues sized crowd... quite impressive).
