So, I was totally late to work yesterday. My alarm went off at 9:07 or whatever random time I set it for, thought I hit snooze, but apparantly I hit off. Woke up again, expecting it to be like 9:30... you know, time enough that if I rushed really hard, I could make it on time... but no. It was 9:59. A single, fleeting minute to get my ass 15 miles to Hoover. This is physically impossible, even with a jet plane, as I would not only have to go faster than the speed of sound, I would have to go a full 117.431 mph over the speed of sound at a temperature of 85 degrees. And that's without getting dressed. That's in my pajamas with no breakfast. Fact of the matter being, I was 45 minutes late. But the manager that was in is the nice, laid-back one and it wasn't busy, so whatever.
I'm tired of sucking at life. And being on time. Mostly I just suck at being on time.
Uhm... I guess that's all. Went to Sonic last night. Fell asleep due purely to exhaustion about 11:30, which is frighteningly early for me. Woke up about 2 a.m. and couldn't fucking sleep again. Fell back asleep around 4. Woke up again about 9, finished Animal Farm, had dream about some crazy dentist forcing me to have a root canal. This sounds really ridiculous, but it was scary at hell at the time. I spit out two bloody molars while I was running from the guy, my mouth feeling realistically numb and caked in those gauze things. I finally escaped to some trashy family's house in the middle of this city, but they were really nice and had this neato little trail that led to a big lake with waterslides and shit. Then I woke up and had just drooled on my pillow a whole lot. What the fuck?
