An open letter to spoof.com, itellas.com and other sleazy scum-bags:
Thanks to dregs-of-the-earth operators like you, I have just had to change my (unlisted) cell phone number. No one, and I repeat, NO ONE, should be able to put SOMEONE ELSE'S VALID PHONE number on a Caller ID.
