A friendly warning to all of my students:
Consider everything you've learned up to this point a light warm-up.
Some of you have been slacking off. You know who you are. See that you shape up. I know where you sleep. And remember - you signed up for it. Back out now if you feel that you can't handle it, but be warned that I don't let go of a subject of interest so easily.
And don't worry. It is highly unlikely that any of you will die.
