LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF

I, Rob Lucci, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and lawfully married and having been a member of the armed forces of the World Government, and not being actuated by any duress, menace, fraud, mistake, or undue influence, do make, publish, and declare this to be my last Will, hereby expressly revoking all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.
MARRIAGE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I am married to Kaku Masahiro, and all references in this Will to my husband are references to him.
SIMULTANEOUS DEATH OF SPOUSE: In the event that my husband shall die simultaneously with me or there is no direct evidence to establish that my husband and I died other than simultaneously, I direct that I shall be deemed to have survived my husband, notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, and that the provisions of my Will shall be construed on such presumption.
BEQUESTS:
I will, give, and bequeath unto the persons named below, if he or she survives me, the Property described below:
Name: Usopp
Relationship: Criminal miscreant and weakling I have the misfortune to live with
Property: One (1) albino ring-neck dove (Hattori), and all items, possessions, and responsibilities associated with Hattori, including clothing, food, toys, and care routine
Name: Sanji
Relationship: Criminal miscreant and moron I also have the misfortune to live with
Property: Entire wardrobe, including clothing and all accessories to clothing, to do with as he sees fit
Name: Reborn
Relationship: Person of similar circumstances
Property: Entire collection of books, including periodicals and reference, excluding one (1) first edition 1959 copy of Kurt Vonnegut's The Sirens of Titan signed by the author, with which I would like to be cremated out of spite
Name: Fujiko Mine
Relationship: Person whom I suspect will be made paranoid by this bequest
Property: One (1) laptop computer
Name: Georgia Lass
Relationship: Person with whom I share an informal occupational partnership
Property: One (1) 24 kt gold wedding ring
If a named beneficiary to this Will predeceases me, the bequest to such person shall lapse, and the property shall pass under the other provisions of this Will. If I do not possess or own any property listed above on the date of my death, the bequest of that property shall lapse.
