Moisturizing lipstick?

Anyone have suggestions for lipsticks that would be good for people with chapped lips? I don't wear makeup usually, but when I have worn lipstick in the past, I've always been frustrated with how gloopy and cracked my lips look due to how chapped they are. I just want to look more like a grown up and be able to wear lipstick once in a while!

Anyone try the Bare Escentuals/Bare Minerals Lip Color or Bobbi Brown Creamy Lip Color and can give me an opinion? I would also love suggestions for any natural products (but I'd prefer not to use a product with an abundance of shea butter, since my skin reacts oddly to it).
