make-up question
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good foundation that comes in shades dark enough for African-American skin? Specifically, I am looking for one that doesn't come off or transfer very easily onto clothing. I am keeping Shout in business because my light colored necklines and scarves all end up with foundation on them!
