Ah, I see... Which dye did you use? I might be able to point you in the direction of a better one for blonde hair. (I've sure tried my share of hairdyes, and there were a few blue disasters among them...)

Castings from L'Oreal, black with a blue note to it. But even with a real black colour result I'm not sure I wanna stay black-haired for too long. I've just always wanted to try it. But off course I have NO idea how to get rid of it again *lol*

Ooops! I was wrong... it was Garnier 100% color.

Hmm, that's funny, I've gotten some excellent results with Garnier, and I've got white-blonde hair. (Maybe that's because my hair is so messed up from all the dye-jobs that it'll take in any colour...) How long did you leave it in for?
But if you're not sure you want to go permanently black, a toner would probably be better than a permanent hairdye. Though toners don't often dye blonde hair very well.

I've used Garnier lots of times before (other colours) which is why I don't get what went wrong. I left it in 10 min more than the box says.

Yeah, that's what I always do... Maybe it came from a faulty batch? Perhaps you can get your money back, since your hair is definitely not the colour shown on the side of the package. I actually like that dark blue colour you have, but it's always annoying when you end up with a different colour that you expected...

(By the way, I posted the dork-meme in my journal! ^^)
