- Nor am I a restaurant/parking guide
- Please learn to use Google

More importantly:
- Raising your voice to the first person to answer the phone will get you nowhere.
- Not only is it bad karma, the person you are talking to is almost certainly not the person who actually aggravated you.
- Even if they are, they almost certainly are not empowered to fix it.

Things I am not responsible for:
- Setting the prices
- Setting the concessions
- The refund/exchange policy
- Setting our opening hours
- Responses to complaints
- The mistake my colleague made

I am not allowed to issue a free drink at the bar on my own, what on God's green earth makes you think I can manually enter ticket prices?! I do not do these things to screw with you.
