Now I don't know when to go to sleep.
So I was off today, but I'm on tomorrow, and it's throwing off my whole life schedule. And Oxford is full of bridges. Plus I seem to have inadvertently entered into (what I hope is a) casual email relationship. And I swore off dating like a year and a half ago. So anyway, raedbard tagged me on this:
1. What are your nicknames?
G calls me Aurora when he wants something/is feeling affectionate. Mum calls me Elsie sometimes. Other than that, not a whole lot anymore. My name doesn't lend itself to nicknames.
2. What do you do before bedtime?
Check my (three) alarms are set, so I can get up for work. Sometimes check my email/watch a bit of TV or DVDs. Put on some music on sleep.
3. What fandom(s) are you most into at the moment?
Entourage. It's kind of the only thing keeping me sane right now. I spend my walk to work plotting vids in my head.
4. What is your favorite scent?
Cinnamon? It makes me feel Christmassy. I like Hugo Deep Red as a perfume, or Pure Poison. Coffee as well of course.
5. What's your favorite non-alcoholic beverage ever?
Starbucks Gingerbread Latte.
6. What book you are reading now?
The Three Musketeers, because I never have, and G brought it with him. Also three or four other things that I've been reading for months!
7. Do you trust easily?
No. Even people I've known forever, I tend to overanalyse their motives.
8. What was your first big fandom?
For involvement, West Wing. Buffy for reading.
9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?
Moving away from home, missing my family. Not knowing what I'm doing in work. Not getting anywhere with writing.
10. What's your pet peeve?
*g* I get annoyed by so much, it's hard to narrow it down. Right now I'm annoyed by piles of dirty dishes sitting in lukewarm water in our sink, and having to fish them out before I can wash anything.
11. What's one childhood item that you still have with you today?
Actually in the flat with me, nothing I can see. Oh, wait - a copy of The Secret Garden/The Little Princess, that my Dad bought me when I was sick. Also the Narnia books.

LJ, Hotmail, Gmail. Generally LJSeek, and delicious, because I am a feedback whore. TVSquad, AICN, and DigitalSpy for my media news.

The Saturday night after my graduation ceremony.

She's one of my best friends, she's a wonderful writer, and I love her to bits.

I would like to have something published. Possibly own a piece of furniture.

I like indie stuff, and some alt-rock or alt-country (according to iTunes). Other than generally not liking dance or R&B, and being mostly a philistine over classical, I like quite a lot of different things.
